Prices

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value added tax and other price components.

Payment

Payment can be made either in advance, by credit card, PayPal, cash on delivery or invoice (for approved registered customers).
You have the following payment options:

-  Advance payment by bank transfer

-  Advance payment by bank transfer with 3% discount

-  Payment by credit card (UnzerOne)

-  Payment by PayPal

-  Payment by Apple Pay (UnzerOne)

-  Payment by Google Pay (UnzerOne)

-  Payment by cash on delivery (only in Germany)

-  Payment by invoice (for approved registered customers)

If you select prepayment as your payment method, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment. The invoice amount must be paid into the specified account within 10 days.

You shall only be entitled to offset claims if your counterclaims have been legally established by a court of law, are undisputed or have been recognised by us in writing. You may only exercise a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.

Shipping

Our parcels are usually shipped via DHL for standard package sizes and weights up to 31.5 kg. In some cases, we ship directly via the manufacturer using the manufacturer's shipping service provider. Bulky goods and heavy shipments are shipped individually via our freight forwarding service providers. Shipping is insured according to the value of the goods.

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax in Germany)

In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee per order for delivery. This fee is €5 for deliveries within Germany.

For deliveries to any of the following countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of €15:

Switzerland, United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Poland, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Liechtenstein, Bulgaria, Monaco, Vatican City.

For deliveries to one of the following countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of €32: Russia, Israel.

For deliveries to other countries not listed above, such as Canada, China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea and many more, we charge a flat shipping fee of €48.

Shipping to the United States:

Due to strict shipping regulations, we do not ship to the United States with DHL. Instead, we use FedEx. Shipping costs start at €65 and depend on the service selected. The maximum parcel size is 10 × 16 × 7 cm with a weight of up to 0.5 kg.

Shipping costs are based on an average weight of 2 kg and are calculated automatically depending on the country of the delivery address. They are clearly communicated before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to adjust prices depending on the delivery service, weight and packaging dimensions.

For cash on delivery payments (cash on delivery is only available in Germany), there is an additional charge of €3.60 as well as a transfer fee of €2, which is charged by the delivery service on site.

For orders over €100, shipping within Germany is free of charge, see * all prices include VAT plus shipping. We do not currently offer express delivery.

Shipping via freight forwarder (various freight forwarders)

Please note the shipping costs indicated in your shopping basket.
Shipping costs depend on the size (bulkiness) and weight of the goods and are shown in the shopping basket.

Please note: Shipping costs for "bulky" products are determined on a case-by-case basis. This may result in changed shipping costs/additional costs for shipping. You will be notified of these in our order confirmation.

Weight-based shipping costs are generally as follows:
up to 50 kg: €325
over 50 kg: €450

These shipping costs are based on average package dimensions and shipping within Germany, which may also vary here. We reserve the right to adjust prices depending on the country of the delivery address and the selected shipping company.

Delivery and delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, the goods will be made available for dispatch from Monday to Friday within 3 to 5 days of order confirmation (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction) (this corresponds to the delivery time specification "immediately available"). Otherwise, the delivery times specified in the product description apply.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one joint shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If delivery of the goods fails through your fault despite three attempts at delivery, we may withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded to you immediately.

Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your delivery address.

If the ordered product is unavailable because our suppliers have failed to deliver it through no fault of our own, we may withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and, if necessary, suggest the delivery of a comparable product.If no comparable product is available or you do not wish to receive a comparable product, we will immediately refund any payments already made.

We always strive to deliver as quickly as possible. If the ordered goods are not available or temporarily unavailable, FORMOST GmbH will inform you of this immediately after you place your order.
